Overview
The role is a Business Development Account Manager for E‑commerce, responsible for leading the international expansion of Arduino e‑commerce operations.
Responsibilities Market assessment: identify and assess opportunities for international expansion by analysing market potential, consumer trends, and regional demand for Arduino solutions. Stakeholder coordination: coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to align on project milestones and deployment timelines.
The position is based in Turin, Italy or Remote. Strategic planning: define the go‑to‑market strategy for new regions, including localised marketing approaches and distribution logistics. Solution identification: evaluate and select e‑commerce platforms and third‑party solutions to ensure a seamless, localised user experience.
Operational execution: set up new storefronts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and integration with internal systems; manage the business in person or through local resources/agencies. Performance analysis: monitor and report on the success of new market entries using KPIs, providing ROI analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
User experience optimisation: plan and execute experiments such as conversion tests and funnel optimisations to
