In this position as Dutch-speaking Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Social Media Campaign, you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

With the following conditions: start at the next possible date | full-time | at our location in Berlin, Andreasstraße 10 | Monday – Friday from 8.45 a.m. – 5.15 p.m. | Support languages: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) | a fixed salary: €2750 / month gross | a monthly bonus: up to €687 | language allowance: €300 per month on top | temporary contract.

That’s why we offer a range of specialization and leadership development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned. What you will do in this role Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.

Identify sales opportunities and provide your business contacts with the best solutions for their business goals. Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers. Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success. Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns.

Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use. Your qualifications Are fluent in word and speech in Dutch (minimum C1) and have very good command of English (at least B2 level).

Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills. Would like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions. Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.

Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Can guarantee a full-time valid working visa for Germany – no student visa accepted. Ideally you already have Experience in social media and/or digital marketing. Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and "go the extra mile" attitude.
