E-Commerce CS & Operations Specialist (m/w/d) At Atomic, we don't just build world‑class ski equipment – we create unforgettable experiences for skiers around the world. What you will be doing: Oversee the end‑to‑end order flow across SAP, OMS, and our webshop, ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time.

Take ownership of complex post‑purchase cases from investigation through resolution, collaborating closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, developers, and external partners. Manage payment operations, including fraud prevention, chargebacks, manual payment reviews, and transaction monitoring to ensure secure and seamless transactions.

Lead UAT for order management and post‑purchase processes to ensure successful implementation of new solutions. Analyze operational performance, identify process improvements, and help optimize the customer journey across our e‑commerce platforms. Deliver an outstanding post‑purchase experience that strengthens customer satisfaction.

Your profile and required competencies: 2–3 years of experience in E‑Commerce Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar operational role. Exceptionally detail‑oriented, patient, and persistent, with the ability to take ownership of complex cases and see them through to resolution.

Technically savvy and comfortable navigating multiple interconnected systems and platforms. Experience with SAP, Shopify, OMS, Adyen, PayPal, or similar e‑commerce solutions is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset. Business‑fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
