Responsibilities Planning, designing and optimizing the digital customer experience in the online store with consideration of marketing objectives Operational management of the online store This includes product and master data maintenance, creation of landing pages, order monitoring and processing, and inventory overview Identification and implementation of relevant trends, tools and technologies in e-commerce Analysis of performance data (e.g. traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) and preparation of monthly reports as a basis for data-driven decisions Collaboration with Marketing, Social Media and Product Development to effectively execute campaigns, launches and seasonal themes digitally Regular coordination with Customer Support to continuously improve the customer experience Requirements Initial experience in e-commerce, online shop management or digital marketing Basic understanding of digital commerce trends and enthusiasm for outdoor products Experience creating content for digital channels with an understanding of SEO (copy, images, videos, product descriptions) Basic HTML knowledge is a plus Confident use of shop systems (e.g.
