At our location in Berlin YOUR MISSION • Support international E-Commerce launches from project kickoff through successful go-live • Manage the global WooCommerce product portfolio, including products, pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and digital offerings • Configure and maintain core shop settings, including taxes, shipping, payment methods, multilingual content (WPML), and regional business rules • Create, maintain, and optimize Gutenberg pages, templates, and customer journeys • Test new features, releases, integrations, and plugins to ensure platform quality and stability • Monitor daily shop operations, order flows, and operational processes, including troubleshooting and manual order handling where required • Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new E-Commerce technologies, plugins, and payment providers • Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Care to deliver scalable, high-quality E-Commerce solutions • Drive the continuous improvement, performance, and operational excellence of Healys global Shop platforms YOUR PROFILE • At least 2 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Digital, Web Technologies, or a related field • Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Gutenberg, and WPML in a professional environment • Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, customer journeys, and user experience principles • Experience configuring and maintaining WooCommerce, including products, payments, shipping, taxes, and multilingual setups • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Understanding of deployment processes, staging environments, and software testing best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
