Employment Type: Permanent Sector: Fashion, Sportswear, Lifestyle & Branded Apparel The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to develop and grow the UK and European marketplace business for an international multi-brand fashion group.

What You Will Do • Manage and develop marketplace accounts across the UK and Europe. • Drive sales, revenue, conversion and overall commercial performance. • Analyse trading performance, best sellers, slow sellers, stock and availability. • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand into new marketplaces and territories. • Manage marketplace onboarding and new platform launches. • Coordinate product listings, content, pricing and availability. • Oversee orders, fulfilment, delivery performance and returns. • Ensure marketplace SLAs, contractual requirements and service standards are achieved. • Identify and resolve product, packaging, fulfilment and customer-service issues. • Produce meaningful commercial and performance reporting. • Work across E-Commerce, Sales, Operations, Logistics and brand teams to ensure smooth execution. • Help develop the systems and processes required for the business to take greater direct ownership of its marketplace activity.

We need someone who understands how to trade and grow brands successfully through major marketplace and e-concession platforms, while also understanding the operational infrastructure required to deliver the business. Strong Zalando experience is particularly important.

Experience across other major European platforms such as ABOUT YOU, OTTO, Boozt, Breuninger, La Redoute, Spartoo, bol, Allegro, Farfetch and Amazon would also be highly relevant. The opportunity is to take increasing ownership of the marketplace channel across multiple brands and European territories as the business grows.

What We Are Looking For You will have proven marketplace experience within fashion, apparel, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle or branded consumer products. We are particularly interested in someone who has personally managed and grown a meaningful marketplace business, rather than simply supported or administered marketplace accounts.

You should bring a strong combination of: • Marketplace trading and commercial account management. • Sales and revenue growth. • Trading and performance analysis. • Stock, inventory and availability management. • Marketplace onboarding and launches. • Order, fulfilment and returns management. • SLA and platform compliance. • European marketplace knowledge. • Cross-functional commercial and operational management.

Experience managing multiple brands, platforms or European territories would be particularly valuable. Candidates who have worked directly for a major marketplace/platform are also of interest where they have a strong understanding of how brands trade and grow successfully through the platform.
