He/she will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online visibility through paid and organic digital channels. /ppAnother task will be the supervision of the entire Performance Marketing team and all the activities performed by it. /p pustrongCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /u /pulliPlan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as: /li /ulolli Google Ads /liliMeta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) /liliTikTok Ads /liliProgrammatic/display networks /li /olulliAffiliate marketing /li /ululliManage media budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance. /liliDevelop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion. /liliConduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle campaigns. /liliMonitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards. /liliLead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and conversion funnels. /liliCoordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets and messaging. /liliIdentify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.br /li /ul pustrongSEO Responsibilities /strong /u /ppTogether with the SEO lead on his/her team and the support of an external agency, we aim to: /pulliDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings. /liliOptimize on-page SEO elements: /liolliMetadata /liliInternal linking /liliContent structure /liliTechnical SEO improvements /li /olliPartner with content teams to build SEO-driven editorial calendars and landing pages. /liliMonitor website health, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals. /liliManage technical SEO initiatives with developers. /liliTrack rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools such as: /liolliGoogle Analytics /liliGoogle Search Console /liliSEMrush /liliAhrefs /li /olliStay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliAt least 8 years’ experience in web-marketing and CRO environment /liliAt least 8 years’ experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool /liliExcellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel /liliHTML good knowledge /liliProficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken).
