What We’re Looking For?

Experience working with e-commerce brands across competitive niches such as health & wellness, fashion and apparel, beauty and skincare, pet brands, and broader consumer lifestyle products Experience running paid campaigns on one or more major platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and YouTube), TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other emerging paid acquisition channels Have managed profitable scaling campaigns Proven ability to launch, test, optimize, and profitably scale campaigns using data-driven decision-making Deep understanding of key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies Proficiency in Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Hyros, and other attribution and analytics tools to ensure accurate performance tracking and decision-making Agency or multi-brand experience with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining performance standards Important Note:
