The E-commerce Shopify Expert at Creative Chaos is responsible to play a critical role in developing and managing our D2C and B2B e-commerce platforms. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce infrastructure.
This role involves optimizing the shopping experience in a regulated industry, ensuring seamless functionality, and developing custom solutions as needed. Key Responsibilities Shopify Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations.
B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients. Backend System Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency.
Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more. Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions. Requirements Extensive Shopify expertise, including end-to-end store builds and platform management. Experience working with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.
Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation. Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis. Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Background in web development or data science.
