Through your expertise in e-commerce, project management, and performance optimization, you will help shape one of our strategic growth initiatives.### Your role with us as E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & B2B Activation (m/f/d)* Driving the successful launch, development, and continuous expansion of our Amazon business and marketplace presence* Coordinating external Amazon agencies and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution of product listings, content, and Brand Store activities* Developing, implementing, and continuously improving scalable internal processes, governance models, and cross-functional workflows for Amazon operations* Monitoring business performance, analyzing KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, conversion rates, and marketplace performance* Planning and executing digital sales activation initiatives and go-to-market concepts for B2B customers across international markets* Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and external partners to deliver seamless digital commerce initiatives### How do you ensure that every project is a success?At CWS Hygiene, we value not only professional skills but also cultural fit.
