Join our team as DEU-Hamburg We are looking for a commercially driven Global Digital Commerce Manager to accelerate global digital and omnichannel growth for our Disinfection Division brands.

Develop global toolkits and assets that enable local teams to execute impactful omnichannel campaigns and launches. Partner closely with global, regional, and local teams to unlock growth and strengthen market execution.

With a consumer-first mindset, you will connect brand strategy with digital execution and ensure that every digital investment drives measurable pharmacy traffic, strong online visibility, and consistent omnichannel performance.

With a primary focus on DACH and scalability across global markets, this role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, content, data, and channel strategy, making it a key driver of our growth agenda. Responsibilities: Lead the global e-commerce and omnichannel strategy across pharmacies, marketplaces, retail, and D2C channels.

Ensure strong alignment between digital, sales, and pharmacy channel activities. Drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversion across online pharmacies and physical stores. Shape data-driven customer journeys across search, content, media, and store-locator touchpoints.

Own digital shelf excellence, including content quality, visibility, SEO, compliance, and high-converting product pages. Track and optimize key e-commerce, social media, and omnichannel KPIs, while serving as business owner for Salesforce CRM and Sitecore CMS.

Qualifications: Several years of experience in (global) digital marketing, e-commerce management, or omnichannel roles, ideally within OTC healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors. Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth across multiple markets, with strong knowledge of pharmacy and/or healthcare channels.
