Responsibilities & Qualifications Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com direct-to-consumer business Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for the channel Support creation and oversight of the overall promotional strategy for eu.PUMA.com Drive key initiatives and complex cross‑functional projects Define and monitor business KPIs, ensure stable operational processes Identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and process improvements Coordinate activities amongst relevant teams – Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing to ensure a unified and relevant customer experience Identify, assess and create proposals for new opportunities, business models or resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field First relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in eCommerce or the Digital Industry Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes and KPIs Strong analytical skills – ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast‑paced environment Fluent in English; fluency in German or another European language is a plus
