To support our team we are searching for a Junior Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. About The Role We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Online Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team.

You will work closely with experienced team members and external partners, gaining hands-on experience across platforms such as Meta, Criteo, RTB House, Google and other advertising vendors.

What You Will Do • Support the planning, execution and optimization of Paid Social and Display campaigns • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring and daily performance analysis • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams including Brand, Content and Analytics to support campaign execution • Support creative, audience and placement testing to improve campaign performance • Help monitor budgets, campaign pacing and performance against KPIs • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates and new advertising opportunities • Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery Who You Are • 1–2 years of experience in Paid Social, Display Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field (internships or working student experience are also valued) • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel/ Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus • Passion for digital marketing and an interest in performance-driven advertising • Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and e-commerce • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Eagerness to learn, take initiative and develop new skills • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams • Fluent in English NICE TO HAVE • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Criteo, Google Ads or similar advertising platforms • Basic understanding of campaign tracking, attribution or audience targeting • Familiarity with product feeds, Merchant Centers or e-commerce marketing • Previous experience in fashion, luxury or e-commerce LuxExperience is an equal opportunities employer, we encourage people with a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
