Responsible for driving business outcomes through direct key account management of leading eCommerce platforms, & ownership of content planning & execution across our brand portfolio in the eComm channel.
Key Responsibilities Drive growth: Manage key ecomm accounts to deliver sales and profitability targets, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead effective negotiations. Shape strategy : Build and execute growth and channel plans that expand our ePharmacy presence and deliver measurable business results.
Own performance : Manage the ePharmacy P&L, optimizing investments and identifying opportunities to unlock sustainable growth. Leverage insights : Turn data and analytics into actionable plans that improve performance across visibility, conversion, and share metrics.
Activate the channel : Plan and deliver promotional events and activations that drive shopper engagement and repeatable success for our brands. Experience Profile Proven experience in key account management and digital content execution , ideally within ePharma or eCommerce environments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across assortment planning, content strategy, and performance marketing. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term results in a dynamic channel. Financial acumen and understanding of eCommerce P&L, including trade and A&P investment management.
Platform-savvy , with familiarity across eCommerce tools, analytics, and performance platforms. Proactive self-starter who takes ownership, acts decisively, and drives results .
