We are a small, ambitious team with high standards for quality. Currently, many of these tasks are still handled directly by the founding team, with additional support from external freelancers. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founding team and our sales team.

We’re also looking for someone who not only finds modern AI tools interesting but also actively uses them—for research, content drafting, analysis, automation, reporting, workflow optimization, and new marketing experiments.

Your Responsibilities Website, SEO & Online Experience Further development of key website content from a marketing, user, SEO, and conversion perspective Improvements to page structure, user navigation, trust elements, CTAs, and conversion paths Development and optimization of relevant industry, use case, FAQ, and landing page structures Maintaining key content such as images, screenshots, references, claims, and product descriptions in the CMS or with technical support Performance Marketing Management and further development of our paid acquisition channels, particularly Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant B2B channels Collaboration with our external performance marketing support team, including briefings, reviews, feedback, and quality control Further development of keyword, campaign, and target audience strategies Development and evaluation of tests for ads, target audiences, creatives, and landing pages Optimizing Campaigns for Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs), Lead Quality, and Budget Efficiency Definition and refinement of relevant conversion goals Design and Optimization of Landing Pages, Forms, CTAs, and User Journeys Ensuring data protection-compliant lead capture, tracking, and lead routing Creating pragmatic reports and dashboards on channels, conversions, lead quality, and SQLs Close collaboration with Sales Brand & Creative Production Development and revision of marketing copy for ads, websites, landing pages, downloads, social media, and offline campaigns Managing external designers, copywriters, video professionals, and creative freelancers Creation or coordination of banners, ad creatives, presentation materials, infographics, PDFs, and social media assets Ensuring consistent language, design, and tone throughout the user journey Trade Media, Partner Ads, and Niche Channels Research and evaluation of relevant trade publications, industry portals, newsletters, associations, online communities, podcasts, and provider directories Planning and implementing targeted tests for newsletter placements, sponsored content, advertorials, webinars, or industry directories Coordination of copy, creatives, landing pages, and tracking for partner placements Evaluation of effectiveness based on traffic quality, SQLs, and sales feedback What You'll Bring to the Table Several years of experience in growth marketing, online marketing, performance marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment You have already held broad marketing responsibilities and have not just managed individual channels in isolation Excellent understanding of website optimization, landing pages, conversion paths, lead generation, and digital user journeys Solid to very good understanding of performance marketing, particularly paid search, B2B campaigns, keyword strategies, and lead quality Experience with funnel analysis, conversion optimization, tracking, reporting, and data-driven campaign management Proficiency in using relevant marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot, or similar systems A strong interest in AI and a desire to actively try out new tools and integrate them effectively into marketing processes, such as for research, content, campaigns, reporting, or automation A keen understanding of target audiences, messaging, copywriting, and the ability to translate complex B2B topics into clear, understandable communication Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external specialists A structured, independent, and pragmatic approach to work, with an eye for priorities, quality, and speed of implementation You think in terms of hypotheses, tests, lessons learned, and clear success criteria, and you focus on optimizing for qualified demand, SQLs, and real business impact Fluency in German and a good command of English What we offer you Meaningful Work with Impact: A Safety-Related Product That Protects People Every Day Flexible work arrangements: remote, hybrid, or at our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg Attractive compensation: €70,000 to €80,000 base salary depending on experience and seniority, plus a 10% bonus 30 days of vacation per year Flat hierarchies and quick decisions Tax-free benefits such as meal allowances and gift cards Existing external support that you can build upon and manage effectively Openness to modern tools, AI-powered workflows, and pragmatic automation when they make our work faster, better, or more measurable A clear focus on quality, integrity, and sustainable growth An open and authentic corporate culture, characterized by trust, respect, and teamwork High-quality equipment with Apple devices Joint team events, such as our annual company retreat or our Christmas party Would you like to take occupational safety to the next level with us?

Your role As Online Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll be our first full-time marketing employee and will take on primary responsibility for our digital marketing presence: website, landing pages, SEA, SEO, conversion optimization, content, creative assets, tracking, and qualified lead generation.

Your role is to develop a focused, measurable, and predictable marketing system from these efforts. You’ll bring structure, prioritization, and speed of execution to our online marketing activities and gradually take on responsibility for strategy, management, and results.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of the product, market, target audiences, and user journeys, and translate that understanding into compelling website experiences, relevant content, and measurable campaigns.

We are looking for someone who takes a holistic approach to marketing, can implement strategies pragmatically on their own, and at the same time can effectively manage external specialists. You don't have to be the best specialist in every area, and you don't have to design or implement everything yourself.

What's important is that you can provide expert guidance on the topics, prioritize them, give clear briefs, assess quality, and, when necessary, roll up your sleeves and get to work pragmatically. You should be curious, eager to experiment, and ready to meaningfully integrate new tools into your daily marketing routine.
