You take on responsibility quickly — backed by an experienced team that supports and mentors you. Client Consulting & Strategy: You are the primary contact for your clients and, together with your squad, develop data-driven online marketing strategies across multiple channels.
You understand how disciplines (SEA, Paid Social, SEO/GEO, Content, CRO, Web Analytics) interact and you orchestrate them into a consistent customer journey — from first click to conversion.
Data Analysis & Reporting: You keep an eye on the relevant KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, etc.), spot patterns in GA4, ad platforms and other data sources, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for your clients.
Project Coordination: You keep the threads together in your projects, coordinate with specialists from each channel and ensure that strategy is turned into execution. AI Enablement: In our own “AI Lab” we identify new use cases.
You actively use generative AI to optimize workflows, iterate analyses and concepts, and arrive at better decisions faster. Requirements You have approximately 1–3 years of practical experience in online marketing — agency or in-house, as a generalist or with an initial focus (e.g., SEA, Paid Social, SEO or Content).
