We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team in Düsseldorf, Germany. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize our online presence and deliver measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, email, and display networks Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search performance Create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend optimization strategies Execute A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with audiences to build community and strengthen brand loyalty Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance monitoring Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment Generate regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics, campaign results, and strategic recommendations Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation across all digital channels Qualifications 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or related field Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms and paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram) Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across various formats Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, or similar platforms) Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization Knowledge of GDPR and digital marketing compliance requirements Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience with video marketing and YouTube advertising Preferred: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Preferred: Familiarity with German market and German language skills Preferred: Experience with marketing funnel optimization and customer journey mapping #J-18808-Ljbffr In this role, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
