From idea through logistics to execution, including our presence at local events and festivals. Requirements Native‑level Romanian (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills, plus English at B2 level. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination.
Ability to read performance dashboards and work with metrics such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rate to evaluate what’s working and what isn’t. A track record of independently leading a project from idea to launch, whether a campaign, a collaboration, or a local brand activation.
Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as a normal part of your workflow for copywriting, brainstorming, research, or reporting. Willingness to travel occasionally within Romania. Most of the work is remote, but some collaborations and PR stunts require in‑person presence. Basic SEO knowledge.
Deep data literacy around performance channels. Basic skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut for quick, minor visual edits. Experience in a sensitive or regulated field (healthcare, mental health, fintech). #J-18808-Ljbffr
