Berlin- | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) | Full-time | 12-month contract

For our client, an internationally successful company in the e-commerce sector, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to support the development and optimization of a global digital platform.
The role focuses on improving user experience, enhancing web and mobile applications, and creating seamless customer journeys within an online marketplace environment.
This position is initially limited to 12 months as maternity leave cover, with the possibility of an extension.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize digital products and features within an e-commerce and marketplace environment
• Analyze and improve user journeys and checkout processes
• Identify customer needs and develop new product ideas through product discovery
• Translate business requirements into user stories and actionable development tasks
• Collaborate closely with international UX/UI design and engineering teams
• Drive product development from initial concept through to successful launch
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve the platform

Anforderungen

• Several years of experience in digital product management, ideally 3–4 years within e-commerce or online marketplaces
• Experience with web and mobile products and a good understanding of digital checkout processes
• Proven experience collaborating with UX/UI design and engineering teams
• Knowledge of product discovery and product delivery processes
• Solid technical understanding of digital platforms and product development
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments
• Very good English communication skills for working in an international team
