Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and compelling descriptions.

• Provide expert product knowledge and customer support via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product assortment expansion or improvement.

Requirements
