About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote E-commerce Platform Specialist to manage and optimize their online store's technical performance and user experience.
In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the e-commerce platform runs smoothly, implementing new features, and troubleshooting technical issues to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, configure, and maintain the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Implement and test new features, integrations, and design changes to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Monitor platform performance, uptime, and security, addressing any technical issues promptly.
