Consulting, concept development, analysis, management and optimization of online marketing channels: SEA (Google Ads & Bing etc.), SEO (search engine optimization), Affiliate Marketing Programmatic advertising: Display & Remarketing (RTB / RTA) Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, XING Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Marketing automation / e-mail marketing Responsibility for media planning and advertising creatives Management of external service providers Advising clients and key accounts Monitoring KPIs and budgets from a performance perspective Optimization and provisioning of product data, e.g., for Google Shopping Identifying usability and conversion potential Budget and revenue responsibility Web analytics / tracking / analysis & interpretation — optimization targets: CPL, CPO, KUR, ROAS Client workshops, including on-site at client locations Coordination with other offices, with regular travel between Stuttgart, Hamburg and Berlin Requirements Degree in business administration and/or a comparable degree or vocational qualification At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a total of 3 years of professional experience Decisiveness, strong negotiation skills and assertiveness Customer-focused, independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong service orientation High affinity for online/digital topics Sense for design and layout as well as technical and marketing copy Ability to work precisely, reliably and results-oriented under time pressure Professional business demeanor with colleagues, clients and partners Confident use of Microsoft Office Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
