Your Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Campaign Management Planning, managing, evaluating, and refining our performance marketing campaigns Planning and managing product and sales campaigns Development, implementation, and evaluation of online marketing campaigns for lead and customer acquisition Responsibility for budget planning, budget management, and performance optimization of marketing campaigns Newsletters & Email Marketing Establishment and further development of email marketing strategies and distribution lists Analysis of open, click‑through, and conversion rates, and identification of optimization measures Analysis & Performance Optimization Analysis and evaluation of relevant marketing and campaign metrics Creation of performance reports and identification of specific optimization measures Conducting A/B tests to improve campaign performance Optimization of landing pages and conversion processes Close coordination with sales, product management, and external service providers Further development of the digital marketing strategy Monitoring market, competitive, and marketing trends Implementation of processes, key performance indicators, and evaluation mechanisms, as well as software implementation projects Your Qualifications Degree in marketing, communications, business, IT, or digital marketing, or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in online or performance marketing Proven experience in planning, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns Experience in the FMCG sector (food, cosmetics) on German and international projects Extensive experience with Google Ads and social media advertising Extensive experience with Shopify, Copilot, Klaviyo, or comparable tools Experience in newsletter and email marketing Proficiency in using web analytics, tracking, and marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Tag Manager, or marketing automation systems) Strong analytical and data‑driven thinking skills Strategic understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation Structured and independent work style Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team High degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility Benefits Christmas and vacation bonuses, contributions to capital‑forming benefits or the company pension plan, employee discounts, free parking, and much more #J-18808-Ljbffr Jentschura, is a developer and manufacturer of alkaline natural cosmetics and organic foods, headquartered in Münster (Westphalia).

As Senior Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our digital marketing activities.
You will implement the necessary processes, methods, and software; develop data‑driven marketing strategies; manage our performance marketing campaigns; and actively drive the further development of our digital lead and customer communication.
In this role, you will assume key responsibility for the performance of our online marketing initiatives and work closely with sales, product management, graphic design, social media, and external partners.
