Together with our marketing team, you will shape our international web presence, develop data-driven strategies, and ensure optimized customer journeys.

Tasks How you take our marketing to the next level: • Own our online marketing strategy and develop targeted initiatives to strengthen our positioning • Continuously enhance our website with the marketing team, increasing reach, leads, and conversions via SEO, GEO, SEA, social ads, and data-based optimization • Drive the development of our international web presence as well as website migrations and expansions for our entities • Plan and manage digital campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams and independently handle performance marketing measures for measurable results • Optimize our website through data-driven UX analysis and A/B testing to sustainably improve conversion rates • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards based on KPI analyses and define prioritized optimization measures • Develop AI workflows, automations, and agents for faster, smarter, and more scalable marketing • Coordinate external agencies, ensure quality standards, and manage timelines • Review existing processes, evaluate new AI tools and martech solutions, and integrate them into our marketing stack What you should bring with you: • Several years of experience in performance or digital marketing (at least 4 years) • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA, social ads, and conversion optimization, as well as experience with tracking tools such as SEMrush or Matomo • Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Sanity, Salesforce Marketing Account Engagement) • Practical experience with AI tools in marketing, as well as skills in prompt engineering, custom GPTs, or fine-tuning • Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken Work in a dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies and an appreciative company culture.
