Overview We’re seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to shape and enhance our digital platforms and online products through a human-centered design approach.

Working closely with product managers, stakeholders, and developers, you’ll ideate, design, and validate innovative user experiences and interfaces.

Your focus will be on optimizing our e-commerce ecosystem using data-driven methods, particularly in areas like AI integration, search functionality, navigation, filtering, personalization, cross-selling, up-selling, and streamlining checkout processes.

Investigate user journeys, analyze qualitative and quantitative insights from analytics and e-commerce tools, and translate findings into streamlined user flows with exceptional usability. Oversee UX project management—organizing kick-off sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment at every design stage.

Conduct usability testing both online and on-site, create testing protocols, build prototypes, and document results for continuous improvement. Your Background Proven experience in UX design within an e-commerce environment, ideally supported by a degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Strong grasp of conversion optimization strategies, supported by hands-on experience in turning analytical insights into actionable design solutions. Skilled in uncovering user needs, applying usability principles, and running prototype evaluations from planning to analysis. Proficient with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Confident communicator with excellent facilitation and presentation skills in German. What’s on Offer 35-hour work week, with the option to increase to up to 42 hours through our flexible arrangement. 30 vacation days annually plus additional company holidays during the Christmas–New Year period.
