As a Website Analyst , you are the analytical backbone of our online shop.

Testing & Personalization: You act as a sparring partner for our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, provide statistically sound support for A/B tests, and evaluate their impact on CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). You know how to generate not just reports, but real growth levers from vast amounts of data.
You work directly at the interface between Business, Marketing, and Product, ensuring that every decision is based on valid data. At IONOS, you will actively help shape the future of the hosting and cloud business.
Tasks Data Strategy & Ownership: You are responsible for the holistic analysis of the customer journey in our online shop and define the KPIs by which we measure our success.
Insight Generation: You deliver more than just raw numbers—you provide "actionable insights." You identify friction points in the funnel and derive concrete optimization recommendations for E-commerce Management.
Tracking Architecture: Together with Data Engineering, you ensure precise tracking (client- & server-side) and maintain the highest data quality in a post-cookie era. Stakeholder Management: You prepare complex analyses for management (department heads) so that they serve as a well-founded basis for decision‑making.
Qualifications You have several years (5+) of experience in the field of Web Analytics
