Tasks • Process transformation: Support our teams in improving efficiency in the areas of campaign ideation, creation and analysis by identifying the right AI tools and integrating them into existing workflows. • Drive the AI transformation across our online shops and sales platforms, ensuring that the relevant organisations are fully on board. • Campaign effectiveness: Advise on the use of AI to enhance personalisation and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives. • Requirements engineering: Act as the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high‑quality business requirements that are implemented by the development teams within our core infrastructure. • Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Get hands‑on and create functional prototypes of AI‑based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.

You can explain complex AI logic to non‑technical colleagues with ease. • Technical translator: You possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams. • Language: Fluency in English is essential; German or other European languages are a plus.

You’re comfortable with ‘vibe coding’, rapid prototyping and diving deep into AI tools to see what works in practice. • The ‘enabler’ mindset: You are a natural facilitator who finds fulfilment in helping others succeed.
