Own the technical setup and administration of Braze across brands and markets Manage and improve integrations between Braze, Shopify, Dynamic Yield, and other Marketing Technology Ensure reliable data flows, APIs, webhooks, events, and customer attributes, and troubleshoot technical issues Define and maintain consistent CRM data structures, naming conventions, and data quality standards Support the consolidation of the CRM landscape into one unified momox setup, including identity resolution and data migration Build automated quality checks for campaigns, integrations, and Braze workflows Improve CRM tracking and attribution standards across brands and channels Evaluate and implement new Braze features and relevant Marketing Technology Use AI and automation to improve processes, quality, and efficiency within the MarTech landscape Act as the technical sparring partner between Marketing,

Tech, Product, and Analytics

Требования

• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, including technical setup, data structures, and integrations
• Solid experience in Technical CRM, Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, or a comparable technical environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-based data architectures
• Experience with e-commerce integrations
• Good SQL skills and confidence working with customer data, events, and data quality
• Experience with tracking and analytics technologies such as GTM, GA4, Firebase, or Adjust
• Hands-on experience or strong practical exposure to AI and automation, and motivation to explore new use cases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to translate between Marketing and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English
