Conduct client conversations independently, actively manage expectations, and engage the client at the right time before issues arise. Tackle difficulties and conflicts early and directly, rather than postponing them. Ensure the client feels well taken care of and maintains a long‑term partnership with us.
Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in direct client responsibility – preferably in an agency or comparable service environment where you led clients and projects. Strong communication skills: engage confidently and at eye level in client conversations and know when and how to engage the client.
Fluent in German – both written and spoken, negotiation‑ready. Conflict‑resistant – actively address ambiguities and problems instead of avoiding them. Proactive and self‑responsible, drive projects forward independently. Excellent coordination abilities, keeping an overview even with several parallel projects.
