• End-to-end ownership of the Shopify store from PDP through cart to checkout • Bring new products live, including PDPs, bundles, price presentation, content and launch mechanics • Own the entire CRM, including email flows and campaigns, subscriptions, churn and winback • Work daily with GA4, Shopify Analytics and the attribution setup • Own bundle, cart and post-purchase funnels from offer logic to copy • Run A/B tests and landing page tests and make data-driven decisions • Set your own roadmap and track impact on conversion, retention, AOV and contribution margin Requirements • 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, CRO or Shopify ownership, ideally at a D2C brand • Deep Shopify knowledge: theme editor, metafields, variants and checkout • Experience with Klaviyo, AfterSell, Loop Subscriptions, UpCart, a landing page builder (e.g.
Intelligems, Shoplift) or comparable tools • Familiarity with CVR, AOV, contribution margin, cohorts, GA4 and other attribution tools • Daily experience with AI tools • Liquid, HTML and CSS are a plus but not required • Excellent communication in German and English Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing Shopify stores, including product launches, CRM ownership, and data-driven decision-making through analytics and A/B testing.
Proficient in optimizing conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention strategies.
