Responsibilities: • Online Store Management : Develop and maintain a user-friendly online store that attracts traffic and offers easy navigation. • E-commerce Platform Expertise : Leverage CRM and CMS tools to optimize marketplace operations and enhance customer interactions. • Team Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment processes. • Amazon FBA & Vendor Central Oversight : Manage Amazon FBA and Vendor Central operations, ensuring compliance with platform standards while optimizing sales performance. • Promotions and Marketing Campaigns : Design, execute, and refine promotional campaigns to increase online sales. • Advertisement Oversight : Supervise advertising campaigns, content creation, and maintain communication with headquarters regarding website management. • Sales Management : Monitor and achieve online sales targets, contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy and marketing initiatives. • Product Listing Optimization : Create and refine product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in product details, images, and pricing to maximize customer engagement and conversions. • Customer Interaction Management : Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews across marketplace platforms and company websites, providing exceptional customer service and swiftly resolving any concerns.
