About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and strategic E-commerce Operations Manager to join their fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and optimize the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, including inventory management, warehousing, and shipping logistics.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor website performance and operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving order-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead and mentor a remote operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and managing distributed teams is highly desirable.
