No.: JR1014066 Responsibilities Driving the successful launch, development, and continuous expansion of our Amazon business and marketplace presence Coordinating external Amazon agencies and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution of product listings, content, and Brand Store activities Developing, implementing, and continuously improving scalable internal processes, governance models, and cross‑functional workflows for Amazon operations Monitoring business performance, analyzing KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, conversion rates, and marketplace performance Planning and executing digital sales activation initiatives and go‑to‑market concepts for B2B customers across international markets Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and external partners to deliver seamless digital commerce initiatives At CWS Hygiene, we value not only professional skills but also cultural fit.

Qualifications Several years of professional experience within the Amazon ecosystem (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or an Amazon agency) Proven experience launching and scaling Amazon businesses or marketplace operations Strong project management and organizational skills with experience coordinating external agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders Experience in e‑commerce, digital sales, or marketplace management with a solid understanding of Amazon processes and governance Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data‑driven decision‑making Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems; knowledge of B2B e‑commerce is an advantage Fluent business English and German language skills, both written and spoken Benefits Attractive compensation package including bonus 30 days of vacation Hybrid working model, with 1–3 office days per week in Duisburg or Dreieich Opportunity to build and shape a new strategic e‑commerce sales channel with high visibility across the organization Employee benefits such as company pension scheme, JobRad (bike leasing), corporate benefits, and more Structured onboarding and regular team‑building activities and company events to strengthen collaboration and team spirit About CWS Hygiene With innovative, sustainable, and digitalized service solutions, CWS Hygiene ensures health, safety, and protection in the workplace and public spaces.
