You will take on your own clients with a MarTech focus once you are ready (typically within the first 12 months).

You will deliver to our specialist teams (PM, SEO/GEO, SEA, Social). Responsibilities In the first months you will work on concrete tasks from ongoing client projects: dashboards, KPI frameworks, tracking audits.
Over time you will take responsibility for the entire MarTech area at Suchmeisterei: tracking, analytics, predictive marketing and AI-supported analyses. You will further develop the area. We will expand methods, standards, tools and templates together.
We define the strategic direction together; you are responsible for methodology and implementation. Predictive Marketing, Marketing Mix Modelling, AI-supported analysis: you will explore these fields with our internal sparring and support.
Requirements Degree in a STEM subject (mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, financial mathematics) or demonstrable self‑taught specialization in these areas Initial hands‑on experience with GA4, SQL, Python, data visualization or statistical analyses Drive to shape an area rather than just execute given tasks Self‑directed learning: you acquire new topics from documentation, code, forums—of course with AI support We provide conceptual pointers; you resolve detailed questions independently Reflective self‑assessment: you recognize what you don’t know and say so German language skills at least C1 Professional experience in online marketing is explicitly not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
