Your Role: As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will help customers with everything from order tracking and returns to payment queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Your main tasks: Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards. Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures. You bring: C2-level Swedish and higher and fluent English (C1). Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun). Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
