About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Remote Operations Manager specializing in E-commerce to lead their online fulfillment and customer service operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for customers, with operational oversight relevant to teams working remotely, connecting to operations potentially serving Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics.

Requirements
