Responsibilities You develop data-driven e-commerce and AI strategies for leading pharmaceutical companies.

You work closely with internal teams (Data, Marketing, Sales) and external partners. You independently lead client projects — from concept to implementation. You identify potential with existing clients and support their expansion and further development.
You develop and implement concrete AI use cases (e.g., automation, analytics, content, forecasting). You conduct performance analyses and derive clear, actionable recommendations. You bring clarity to complex topics and develop scalable solution approaches.
Requirements Several years of experience (approx. 4–7+ years) in consulting, e-commerce, or digital marketing — ideally within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong understanding of the pharma market (structures, stakeholders, regulatory knowledge is an advantage). Experience leading client projects and working directly with clients.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven working methods. AI experience: you have worked with AI tools and understand their application in a business context. Ability to structure complex topics clearly and communicate them in an understandable way. Independent, proactive working style with high quality standards.
