Your role in the Wolfpack: Act as a hands‑on business partner, enabling Retail, E-Commerce, and Franchise teams by resolving commercial legal questions quickly, pragmatically, and with a strong results focus Support day‑to‑day business operations as a primary focus, providing clear, actionable legal guidance to keep projects and initiatives moving Manage a high volume of contracts on a daily basis, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating B2B & B2C agreements Translate legal risks into practical solutions that balance compliance with commercial objectives Support store‑related matters such as lease agreements, openings/closures, and shop‑in‑shop concepts Advise on operational topics such as POS processes, consumer protection, and sales models Maintain and improve General Terms and Conditions (GTC), templates, and internal guidelines to enable efficient business execution Actively identify and implement opportunities to improve legal team productivity through automation, standardization, and the practical use of technology and AI tools in day‑to‑day work Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing, Operations) in a fast‑paced environment Coordinate with external law firms where required What you bring: Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination or equivalent qualification) 4–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an in‑house legal department or a commercially focused law firm Proven experience supporting business teams in an operational, fast‑paced environment Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, with the ability to manage a high workload efficiently Interest in, and ideally hands‑on experience with, legal tech and AI tools to improve efficiency Solid knowledge of contract law (B2B/B2C) Experience in a retail, e‑commerce, or franchise environment is a strong plus Structured, solution‑oriented working style with a clear focus on enabling the business Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to provide clear legal guidance under time pressure Business‑fluent German and English Willingness to be regularly present on site four days per week at our Eschborn location (near Frankfurt am Main) Willingness to relocate to the Frankfurt area What you can expect from us: An exciting product world and international environment in a responsible, sustainability‑driven company German and English as our working languages 30 days of paid vacation per year Mobile working from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year Attractive employee discounts and company benefits Employee Referral bonus program Bike leasing – monthly subsidies for up to two leasing contracts EGYM company fitness – access to over 7,000 gyms Mental health support and professional development with our partner Nilo Team events and outdoor sports activities A first‑name culture and casual dress code Free water, coffee, and a variety of teas Ready for your next adventure?
