Responsibilities You lead the Partner & Portfolio Management team and create an environment where customer contact is understood as a core part of the work, not an afterthought. You identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and turn them into concrete proposals together with the team and the relevant departments.

You oversee acquisition processes and support the team in presentations and pitches, including at C-level. You act as a direct interface to executive management, drive the further development of sales processes, methods, and CRM structures, and collaborate closely with the in-house marketing team.

Confident presence in front of C‑level audiences and the ability to bring your team to the same level.

You actively use AI in consulting and communication, recognize how customer needs are changing because of AI, and integrate this into your positioning with clients. Requirements Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in sales or account management of services within an agency or marketing environment.

Ability to understand business models, discuss them on equal footing, and create long‑term value rather than chasing one‑off deals. Enthusiasm for AI, viewing it as an opportunity rather than a threat. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) and a structured approach to working across multiple projects and clients.

German language skills at C1 level.
