Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and brand mentions, providing insights and recommendations.

• Analyze social media performance data using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid social advertising budgets to achieve target ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement and conversion.

• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (e.g., Canva), and basic video editing.

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
