Proficient in handling Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Create and maintain products: keep listings, variants, and flat files clean and up to date in the catalog. • Conduct keyword research for new and ongoing Amazon campaigns. • Assist in campaign management, monitoring bids, budgets, and campaign structure. • Handle Amazon cases and troubleshoot account issues when they arise. • Prepare and monitor FBE deliveries/shipments. • Contribute to AMC analyses, for example customer lifetime value or brand effects at the keyword level. • Prepare data and reports for the account managers.

Requirements • Completed vocational training as an E-commerce clerk/specialist or a comparable commercial/business qualification. • Initial experience with Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) or in online retail is a clear plus. • Accuracy with listings, data, and numbers—flat files and campaigns do not forgive mistakes. • Organized and independent work style.
